Sitemax Elastic fixing ties are an extremely versatile fastener for fixing Scafclad containment sheeting to scaffolding.

Alternative methods of fixing containment sheeting such as cable ties or kwikaz clips will be a rigid fastner and likely cause the fixing to cut through the sheeting.

Often known as bungee ties or toggle ties the elastic fixing tie is used to fasten on each reinforcing strip on the Scafclad.

Toggle ties give the scaffold wrapping team the unique ability to hang their containment sheeting from within the scaffold. you simply push the sharp pointed end through the containment sheeting pull back opening up the tie then run the elastic strap around the pole and clip it to itself. This creates a firm point of attachment.
