2 CONCEPT
Sitemax believe that the challenge of turning your idea into reality shouldn’t be hard. We work alongside our clients to understand the specifics of the job and ensure that the project brief can be easily and effectively translated into the desired outcome you want on site.
Our team will come out to site and do a measure up which our design team then use to create a layout plan with measurements for your graphic design team to create artwork to suit.

3 DESIGN
Sitemax’s design department aims to bring your concepts to life. Our knowledge of media, materials and installation methods means that we can design around your on-site challenges and ensure that the process is seamless from the get go.
4 APPROVAL
The hard work is now done, and the concepts have been created. We aim to make the pre-production approval process as streamlined as possible. Our designs clearly state materials, sizing and customised project details, while our quotes are ‘black and white’, setting out what has been considered and allowed for.
5 PRODUCTION
Once approval has been received, the heavy lifting gets underway. With our state-of-the-art production equipment and lean manufacturing approach we can deliver the quick turn around your project deadlines require.
6 PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Sitemax take the hassle out of coordinating materials and labour through our end to end offering. Not only can we print and install but at Sitemax we will coordinate with your on-site team. This ensures that the job is done right and you our client, can be confident that the project will be delivered effortlessly.
7 WORKPLACE HEALTH AND SAFETY
Safe site management and procedures define a successful project. Sitemax have the systems and processes in place to deliver a safe project. However we understand that every site is unique, therefore we are also able to work in with our clients on-site requirements and policies.
8 PRE-START
We believe that ensuring everyone is on the same page means that there are no ‘oh no’ moments on-site. Therefore Sitemax insist on completing a pre-start meeting with the key project contacts. This ensures that all access, safety and timing are agreed upon and the correct work methodology has been accepted prior to our team entering the site.
9 INSTALLATION
The methodology has been discussed and the timelines agreed, now let’s get going. With Sitemax’s team in charge of the installation and our collective experience in delivering project defining solutions, you can be confident that our process provides the ‘wow’ factor your site deserves.
10 MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
Now the site branding is installed, it needs to look its best throughout the duration of the project. Sitemax are able to offer our services to ensure that your message remains clean & clear through our onsite maintenance & cleaning process. 11 REMOVAL OR REPLACEMENT
Sitemax don’t consider our job done just because the installation was successful. If required we can arrange replacement of the existing site branding, to refresh your project messaging or coordinate rectification of damaged product should the unfortunate happen on site. We can also complete the cycle by removing & disposing of the materials at the end of the project.
