J-hooks: Fixtures With Muscle

Innovation remains at the forefront of everything we do, we invest in research and development because it enables us to produce new and improved products for the construction industry. Engineered with superior strength and scaffold safety compliance in mind, our most recent breakthrough is the J-Hook.

Unlike traditional scaffold containment fixtures that can rust, lose shape, deteriorate after installation or degrade in sunlight, the J-Hook has been manufactured using recyclable galvanised steel that can withstand severe weather conditions and stand the test of time.

Our patented J-Hook is pre-cut and uniquely shaped to improve ease of installation, they are malleable enough to secure in place but rigid enough to hold strong under pressure, ensuring scaffolding fixtures are no longer the weakest point on any structure. This provides greater safety and security on construction sites as the J-Hook’s superior strength eliminates the risk of falling objects breaching mesh containment and causing potential serious harm to workers or passers-by.

Tried and tested on Spidermesh and Scaffmesh, our J-Hooks are the only fixtures that met and exceeded Australian Standards for scaffold containment strength under section AS1576.7 of the guidelines, making them 100% compliant with national industry standards and safety requirements outlined by the New South Wales Government health and safety regulator, SafeWork NSW (2021).

J-Hooks are ideal for securing sheeting, screening, or mesh to any scaffold or fencing structure and cost-effective as a single-use, 100% recyclable fixture that’s pre-cut and ready use - making installation easier and construction sites safer.
